Interlegal senior lawyer Andrey Perepelitsa opened the 6th ELSA (European Law Students’ Association) International Summer School on Maritime Law.
This year, nearly 30 students from Czech Republic, Italy, Turkey, Austria and Switzerland visited Odessa. Following the opening ceremony, Andrey Perepelitsa presented a 2-hour report “Sea carriage of cargos and dispute settlement” which touched basic peculiarities of the maritime and English law applicable to cargo transportation and dispute settlement instruments.

The report awoke vivid interest among the audience – future lawyers. In the end of master class, students performed Interlegal practice case study showing the responsibility of the lawyers defending the client’s interests.
This school includes both theoretical and practical studies. For the whole week, participants will listen to reports by the Ukrainian leading experts in international public and private maritime law.
