On July, 18, Interlegal lawyers Vitalii Tolstik and Viktoria Krotova participated in the Trend & Hedge Club. Vitalii Tolstik presented the report “Ecologists: who shall pay?” about combating corruption schemes during ecological inspections on board of vessels staying at the Ukrainian sea ports.
Trend & Hedge Club is a platform organized by AgroGeneration for networking and sharing experience among the Ukrainian experts in international agricultural trade.
Vitalii Tolstik highlighted principal risks the exporters face during cooperation with control bodies at the sea ports. Themes of vessel ecological control, cargo and segregated ballast radiological control awoke vivid interest and further discussion among the delegates.
