On 17 November 2015 Interlegal lawyers Danil Hristich and Ekaterina Gadetskaya held a workshop “Peculiarities of maritime and commercial arbitration” for the students of Odessa National Maritime Academy.
The lawyers talked about the most popular international shipping and trade arbitration forums, features of referring disputes for consideration in arbitration and procedures of dispute resolution in ICAC at the Ukrainian CCI, MAC at the Ukrainian CCI, LMAA, FOSFA, GAFTA. The lawyers illustrated their performance with examples from Interlegal practice.
The students expressed lively interest and asked many questions concerning differences of arbitral procedure in ICAC at the Ukrainian CCI and international arbitration.
We appreciate the students’ activity and, taking the opportunity, wish them happy Students’ Day!
