International Maritime Club about Ice Day Seminar

Ice Day Seminar which took place in Odessa on 2012-2013 winter eve, was depicted in the newspaper International Maritime Club. During the seminar its organizers, Interlegal (the International Law Offices) and its participants (carriers, ship owners port and terminal representatives) has made analysis of lacks of winter preparation during the last 2011-2012 ice period and tried to prevent its repeat on basis of the conclusions, to take into account the risks and to prevent dangerous situations related to ice condition in the region.
