Container Lines Association has been formed

As the Interim President of the Association (Jesper Pedersen) informed it is formed by initiative of the container lines under the support of ‘International Law Offices’ and is a public association of companies being the players on the container carriage market in Ukraine and abroad. The Association implies voluntary membership, equality of the members, decision making related to the issues on vital activities and development under consensus.

Association is not an economic society or entity. Its formation considers limitations of the Ukrainian and European anticompetitive law and is not aimed at formation of the monopoly entity, monopoly of markets or limitation of the competitiveness. The aim of the Association is coordination of the efforts of the members to solve the problems of their professional activities.
