Arthur Nitsevych, Partner of “Interlegal” and Alexander Chebotarenko, Senior Lawyer of ”Interlegal” made contribution answering questionnaire of Shiparrested.com for the new edition of “Ship Arrests in Practice, 8th ed.” in section SHIP ARREST IN UKRAINE. This 2013 publication provides a legal analysis of the arrest and release of a ship in 71 countries. With the business picking up on the arrest front, this annual publication has become a reference for the maritime industry. It has been much welcomed at the Lloyd’s Academy ship arrest seminar in London and is now circulating amongst the P&I Clubs and major insurances.
