Analysis of options of making amendments to CCD due to the error and legal effects for the parties

Interlegal lawyers drafted a legal opinion which touched the issued of declaring goods and issuing the Customs Cargo Declaration.

In particular, experts analyzed lawfulness of the customs service rejection to make amendments into CCD (data about the exporter) and assessed prospects of judicial appeal against the customs service decision.

Complex approach applied in the process of studying the issue, facilitated to assess the impact of actual circumstances and to evaluate effects for the Client not only in the aspect of customs legislations but in other aspects of business activity, including tax and currency control.

Special attention was drawn to methods of defending the Client’s violated rights under the existing court practice.
