Interlegal cancelled unlawful arrest of the foreign company’s cargo at the Ukrainian sea port

Experts of Interlegal protected interests of the foreign company –the Ukrainian sunflower oil buyer, previously arrested at the commercial sea port under criminal proceedings against the Ukrainian supplier.

Under case proceedings, the court of appeal determined the fact of lawful cargo purchase by the foreign company, cancelled the ruling on cargo arrest and remitted the case for a new consideration by the first instance court.
