Interlegal completed successfully sale and purchase deal upon 30-meter commercial motor yacht

Interlegal senior lawyer Kirina Riashentseva and partner Irina Voyevodina, acting in the Buyer’s interests, completed sale and purchase deal upon 30-meter motor yacht manufactured by the leading English shipyard.

The yacht flies under the EU flag for commercial purpose. The deal process included, inter alia, due diligence of the Seller and yacht, long-term negotiations with the Seller, broker and bank and drafting the necessary documents, including Convention Certificates required for the commercial motor yacht.
