Interlegal drafted legal opinion upon the foreign investor’s risks under participation in the Ukrainian LLC

Interlegal drafted at the foreign investor’s request a legal opinion related to opening business in Ukraine and the investor’s appropriate risks concerning investments and share ownership in the Ukrainian company.

In particular, legal opinion touches the following issues: investment return to investor, dividend payment and the valid currency restrictions in Ukraine, investor’s role in LLC management depending on its share in the authorized capital, investor’s responsibility as founder (participant) under LLC liabilities and many others.

Legal opinion also describes some aspects of labour relationship and methods of foreign investor defense in Ukraine pursuant to the Ukrainian current legislation.
