Interlegal lawyers recovered debt in the interests of the Turkish leading company

A Client – member of one of the Turkish leading group of companies – applied to Interlegal upon debt recovery for lubricant supply, in the amount exceeding 60 thousand USD. The Client was unable to charge such debt from the Debtor since 2015.

Prompt teamwork of Interlegal lawyers Ellina Romanova and Elena Pashkova, under the general supervision of senior lawyer Alexey Remeslo, facilitated security measures in the form of arrest of the Debtor’s sole property located in Ukraine – the vessel on board whereof lubricants were delivered.

Following long-term court proceedings and the Debtor’s rejections to pay indebtedness, Interlegal lawyers collected enough arguments and evidence in order to satisfy maritime claim.
