A large foreign trader, one of the leaders in grain product export from Ukraine, faced an unexpected situation which concerned search and cargo arrest at one of the Ukrainian sea port terminals.
Interlegal experts replied promptly to the Client’s request, participated in the investigation and appealed against unlawful ship arrest at the court. The court agreed to arguments provided by attorneys-at-law, recognized investigators’ actions as illegal and returned cargo to its owner.
Interlegal attorneys-at-law Alexey Remeslo and Vitalii Tolstik stated that foreign traders faced once more unlawful actions of law enforcement bodies under grain product export organization in Ukraine. Interlegal experience in defending the client’s interests against unlawful actions of security agencies helped a lot.
