Law assistance in settlement of the losses due to shipwreck of the m/v ATLANTIK CONFIDENCE

Interlegal has been representing one of the cargo owner in the proceeding upon recovery for damages due to shipwreck of m/v ATLANTIK CONFIDENCE near the island Masirah (Oman) on the 31st of March 2013.


Taking into account creation of the limitation fund at the High Court of Justice (London) by the ship owners, with granting P&I Club guarantee, settlement of all disputes arisen between the transporting parties shall be performed at the abovementioned court.

 

The first hearing under application is planned to be held at the High Court of Justice on Friday, on the 21st of June 2013.

Interlegal is ready to grant a qualified law assistance to other cargo owners who suffered the cargo loss due to the shipwreck.
