“Interlegal” & partners of the firm Arthur Nitsevych and Nikolay Melnykov are contributing for the fully revised and updated sixth edition of Getting the Deal Through - Shipping, which provides international analysis in key areas of law and policy for corporate counsel, cross-border legal practitioners and business people. Interlegal once again provided the chapter on Ukraine.
GTDT – Shipping is an annual publication that provides a concise summary of various legal issues relating to shipping law in 36 jurisdictions, following a questionnaire format. GTDT provides an international 'road map' of practice worldwide, providing succinct and relevant country overviews alongside easy cross-border comparison. Each chapter provides a good reference source for queries relating to local laws, covering topics such as the applicable limitation regime(s), ship arrest, judicial sale of vessels, carriage of goods by sea and port state control.
