Nikolay Melnykov, Interlegal partner, joined the Recommendatory List of Arbitrators of the Maritime Arbitration Commission at the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry www.arb.ucci.org.ua
Nikolay Melnykov is one of the top Ukrainian experts in maritime and transport law. Also he is a member of London Maritime Arbitrators Association (LMAA), German Maritime Arbitrators Association (GMAA) and The Nautical Institute of Ukraine and the United Kingdom (The Nautical Institute).
Maritime Arbitration Commission at the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry is an independent and regular arbitration institution which settles the disputes arising from contractual and other civil relationship in the process of merchant shipping, irrespective of whether the parties to such relationship are subjects of both the Ukrainian and foreign law, or either the Ukrainian or foreign law only.
