Interlegal has successfully defended the interests of the Companies Pacific Interlink SDN BHD and Pacific Oil&Fats SDN BHD (Malaysia) in court upon the case on recognition and enforcement of several FOSFA Arbitration Awards at the territory of Ukraine with total sum of claim 8,000,000.00 USD.

 

Upon the results of the appeal court hearing the court upheld the ruling which denied the claimant’s appeals on recognition and enforcement of the awards to the full extent. Successful actions of the representatives of Interlegal prevented illegal realization of palm oil which belonged to the third parties.

 

The interests of Pasific Interlink Company in first instance and appeal courts were represented by the experts of Interlegal, Mr. Artem Skorobogatov, the associate partner, and Mrs. Karina Gorovaya, the lawyer.
