The court recognized bringing the customs broker to administrative responsibility by customs service as illegal

Interlegal lawyers represented the Client’s interests under case proceedings upon bringing its customs broker to administrative responsibility in the form of fine amounting to 1,173,451 UAH for breach of Article 485 of the Customs Code of Ukraine.

 

Under the court hearing, Interlegal lawyers proved absence of actual and legal grounds for bringing the customs broker to administrative responsibility.
