Interlegal initiated arbitration proceedings at GAFTA arbitration (Grain and Feed Trade Association) in order to protect the interests of the client, the Seller under the sale and purchase of wheat contract, in connection with the default from the Buyer’s side.
The respondent – the Buyer under the contract refused to perform his contractual obligations and, later, declined to settle the dispute amicably and reimburse the damages to the Seller.
Dmitriy Zagorodnyuk, senior lawyer, and Ekaterina Gadetskaya, lawyer, are working on the case.
