Commercial risks during martial law

Interlegal lawyers provided a legal opinion to the Client, aimed to analyze the risks of commercial transportation in Ukraine during martial law.

A world-famous freight forwarder applied to us for legislative and actual review of the current risks of commercial transportation in Ukraine. We highly appreciate the renewal of transport life in Ukraine at this difficult time and respond to such a request with great pleasure.

The client received a document with detailed information on all existing general legislative specifications, as well as local regional regulation concerning logistical routes of goods in Ukraine. We described risks and procedures for property seizure in favor of the Armed Forces during martial law, specifications of crossing the state border, checkpoints, position of JSC “Ukrzaliznytsia” and many general recommendations for commercial transportation.

We expect that this is a small brick in restoring vital movement in our economy and we will be happy to help you in such research.
