The Shiparrested.com Network 15th Annual Members’ Conference was held on May 24-26, 2018, in Malaga, Spain. Interlegal senior lawyer Alexey Remeslo visited the event.
A Welcome Cocktail Reception was held on Thursday, at the AC Hotel Marriott Malaga Palacio rooftop terrace.
Official part of the conference included 25 reports on a wide scope of themes, in particular, ship arrest specifications in various countries, ship arrest specific and complex cases and the relevant novelties in legislation.
Interlegal practice and arrest of over 20 vessels in 2017, in view of complex dynamic changes in the Ukrainian law, awoke an expected support of colleagues from the European leading law firms.
The event was held traditionally in a warm atmosphere of partnership, which facilitated networking and sharing information among the delegates.
