Edgar first presented this topic at the Ukrainian Transport Forum in Odesa. Now, in a special extended session, he will take the discussion further — sharing his observations and insights into the realities of wartime shipping and international compliance, followed by an open Q&A with participants.

For this lecture, Edgar will be representing Lloyd’s List Intelligence. His work provides a close view of how sanctions, compliance policies, insurance decisions and international perceptions translate into real commercial consequences for shipping — particularly in and around Ukraine.
