The foreign pleasure yacht was registered in Ukraine in the temporary import customs regime. According to such regime the yacht shall be exported beyond the territory of Ukraine at the end of the term stated in customs declaration. At the moment of preliminary yacht launch there were detected damages which made impossible the use of yacht and which required immediate repair. Due to the damages the yacht was unable to leave the customs territory of Ukraine before the repair.
Lawyers of Interlegal prepared a set of required documents and represented the client at the Southern Customs. Eventually the term of yacht temporary import at the customs territory of Ukraine was prolonged for 60 days.
