The Client – manager of a large trade company applied to Interlegal for changing asset ownership structure.
Previously, in order to facilitate more legal security for its own real estate object located in Ukraine, the Client engaged foreign company. But due to changing approach to confidentiality and up-to-date tax planning, the Client decided to change ownership structure, without engagement of non-resident companies.
The project included several stages, such as transfer and execution of title, jointly with tax declaration submission to tax authorities. Interlegal corporate lawyers facilitated commitment all the action with minimum tax burden for the Client.
