Interlegal acted as creditor’s legal adviser in the dispute against PJSC “Ukrzaliznytsia”

Interlegal lawyers facilitated evidence base aimed to confirm the large transport and forwarding company’s claims against PJSC “Ukrzaliznytsia”.
While processing the request, Interlegal experts studied prospects and trends of railway carriages and recommended the client to accelerate filing the appropriate claim to the court.
Interlegal associate attorney Dmitri Ochkolias notes, “Having analyzed the current market situation, aggregate claim amount against PJSC “Ukrzaliznytsia” (some experts evaluate it as 3 billion UAH), recently declared position of the Ministry of Infrastructure new management, we may indicate quite a high probability of liquidating monopoly in short/mid-term, followed by incorporating several enterprises instead a single one, from the green field”. It is well known that in case of making decision on liquidation, time limits for creditors’ claims may be missed.
Interlegal clients, being concerned in investment into railway infrastructure projects, lately have been filing requests more frequently – this fact also shows revival in the aforesaid market.
