Interlegal completed successfully the first deal in 2018 on vessel purchase at the EU secondary market

Interlegal teamwork in the framework of project included due diligence of the object of purpose, arrangement of terms of the deal, drafting the contract, jointly with corporate service upon opening the Maltese company – shipowner and consulting upon the issues of European taxation.

Interlegal junior lawyers Irina Yakimovskaya and Igor Derus, under general supervision of senior lawyer Andrey Perepelitsa, leading expert in maritime law and arbitration, led the project.
