Law enforcement bodies seized agricultural machinery at one of the Great Odessa sea ports. A major importing company applied to Interlegal for defense of its interests and cargo release.
Law enforcement bodies filed 12 applications on property arrest. Experts of Interlegal proved the unlawful cargo lien – first under case consideration by the first instance investigative judge, then under review of appeal against the ruling. Cargo owner’s rights and legal interests found out to be violated. Having restored both cargo owner’s violated rights and cargo customs clearance, suspended due to applications of law enforcement bodies, we settled successfully the incident.
Alexey Remeslo, the senior lawyer, and Mikhail Selivanov, the lawyer, worked upon the case.
