Interlegal defended interests of “thyssenkrupp Materials Trading GmbH” in Court of Appeal of Donetsk

Recently, in Court of Appeal of Donetsk there was a hearing of a case concerning an appeal against the ruling of Kramatorsk Town Court of Donetsk Oblast to recognize the decision of the ICAC at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry for recovery of funds from a Ukrainian company.
Despite all the procedural delays on the part of the opponents in this case, Court of Appeal of Donetsk quickly considered the appeal and rejected it, which left the ruling of Kramatorsk Town Court of Donetsk Oblast unchanged.
It means that the team of Interlegal is starting the stage on implementation of the decision of the ICAC at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry for recovery of more than 1 million euros from the Ukrainian company on the territory of Ukraine.
The project is being processed by a team of leading lawyer Mikhail Selivanov, lawyer Irina Yakimovskaya, junior lawyer Taras Dragan.
