Interlegal defended the line agent’s interests at the Ukrainian court

Interlegal defended successfully interests of the Client, large international line agent, at the Ukrainian court.
The claim was filed against the line agent in Ukraine for damage recovery caused allegedly by performance of the line’s lawful right on unclaimed cargo utilization. Total cost of the claim exceeded UAH 12.000.000,00.
Interlegal experts presented the Client’s interests at the court and managed to prove groundlessness and unlawfulness of claims against the line agent as wrong defendant.
Having studied explanations of the Parties’ representative, the court ordered to leave the case unconsidered. Interlegal experts, Olena Ptashenchuk and Alexander Chebotarenko, worked upon the case.
