Interlegal lawyers held GAFTA/FOSFA contract performance individual training courses for experts of famous companies Agroprosperis and Smart Trade.
Training course covered the issues of contractual correspondence under GAFTA/FOSFA contract conclusion, performance and cancellation; issues of default under contracts; GAFTA/FOSFA arbitrations and other vital issues for this season.
With regards to large amount of English law cases based on Black Sea Region practice, the discussion was too vivid and spectacular.
The event exceeded significantly the arranged time restriction, since participants did not let the trainers – Andrey Perepelitsa and Olena Ptashenchuk to go.
