Interlegal law team has won arbitration proceedings by ICAC at the UCCI in favor of the Client

In the framework of pretrial dispute settlement, the Client and the Debtor entered into amicable agreement, but in the process of fulfillment of their obligations thereunder, the Debtor violated deadline of payment terms for several times.
Therefore, in order to defend the Client’s interests, arbitration proceedings by ICAC at the UCCI were initiated.
In the course of arbitration proceedings, the Debtor tried to object against the Clients claims, based on inessential errors in performance of initial Supply Contract by the Client. However, Interlegal lawyers duly supported the Client’s position at ICAC arbitration and proved that the Debtor’s arguments were groundless.
As the result, arbitrators satisfied in full the claim in the amount exceeding 160,000 EUR.
