Interlegal lawyers drafted the legal opinion upon the issues of imposing sanctions in Ukraine

Today the law does not regulate directly the mechanism of imposing personal, special, economic and other restrictions (sanctions) prescribed by the Law of Ukraine “On sanctions”. On these grounds, a foreign insurance company filed a request to Interlegal on legal expertize and drafting the legal opinion upon the issues of imposing a certain sanction prescribed by the Law of Ukraine “On sanctions”.
Interlegal lawyers performed a complex analysis of numerous regulatory acts of Ukraine governing the procedure of imposing sanctions, serving as grounds for formation of a unified mechanism of imposing sanction of the Client’s concern. The Client obtained also practical recommendations upon preventing typical violations resulting in such type of sanction.Legal opinion facilitated understanding mechanism of imposing sanction in Ukraine, its specifications and difference from other 23 sanctions prescribed by the Law of Ukraine “On sanctions”, and the fair and safe business model in Ukraine aimed at eliminating such type of sanction.
