Interlegal lawyers prevented unlawful cargo retention

Interlegal lawyers represented interests of the cargo owner – large international company at the first instance commercial court in case proceedings under the application on taking preliminary measures by seizing 2,410.13 metric tons of soy beans.
Prompt engagement of Interlegal experts facilitated complex defense for operative settlement of the dispute which arose between the keeper and the bailor due to unlawful cargo retention.
Project work was performed with regards to commercial court proceedings upon the keeper’s recognition as bankrupt and criminal proceedings upon commitment of illegal actions during bankruptcy procedure regarding the keeper’s property.
