Interlegal Client found out that its Debtor initiated independently bankruptcy case proceedings. Interlegal lawyers got involved upon expiry of the term, duly prescribed by the court for filing claims by the Debtor’s creditors, although they filed to the court an application on recognizing the Client’s claims with regards to new amendments to the procedure for bankruptcy case considerations.
Case specification was the Debtor’s partial recognition of indebtedness, while filing to the court an application on self-bankruptcy, however in the lower amount than claimed by Interlegal lawyers.
Commercial court appointed the date of hearing, studied case materials and satisfied in full the application filed in the Client’s interests.
Now Interlegal team is still providing legal support upon bankruptcy case proceedings, until the Client’s claims are satisfied in full. Interlegal associate attorney Ellina Romanova and lawyer Taras Dragan lead the case.
