Interlegal lawyers supported entry into the Shareholders’ Agreement under English law

A Client applied to Interlegal for drawing-up the Shareholders’ Agreement, in view of launching new business project with partners.
As we know, such agreements facilitate fixing the partners’ roles and all business arrangements, including profit distribution, terms of withdrawal from business and share inheritance.
However, all the agreements between the parties shall be deemed as confidential, unlike the provisions of the Articles of Association – one more benefit in favor of signing the Shareholders’ Agreement under English law.
Interlegal’s task was to promptly join the process of drawing-up the agreement and to defend the Client’s interests.
As a result, Interlegal law team drew-up an agreement that met arrangements between the Client and its business partner.
