Interlegal lawyers provided legal support to foreign company upon premature cancellation of the charter party.
Project work supposed studying the issues related both to terms of the charter party and provisions of substantive law set by the parties for governing their contractual relationship.
Involvement of Interlegal experts in the above dispute facilitated prompt settlement of the disputable situation arisen between the parties to the charter party, due to discrepancies in their positions regarding its possible premature cancellation.
Work resulted in signing the vessel Acceptance Certificate from bareboat charter without objection of the parties.
