Interlegal lawyers supported recognition of ICAC at the UCCI award

As we announced earlier, Interlegal succeeded in dispute settlement by ICAC at the UCCI, due to improper fulfillment of obligations under the Export Cargo Handling Contract (click here for details).
Although the parties agreed that arbitration award should be final and binding for both parties, the debtor rejected its voluntary enforcement.
The debtor – Ukrainian company actively pointed out the need in rejection to satisfy application and tried to delay recognition process.
Due to clear algorithm of actions, experience and teamwork skills, Interlegal contested all the opponent’s objections, avoided the process delay and facilitated recognition of ICAC at the UCCI award just within one court hearing.
