Interlegal still succeeds in MAC at the UCCI dispute settlement

The Client, large ship repair enterprise, filed a request to Interlegal on debt recovery for vessel repair. The Debtor ignored the Claimant’s claims on voluntary debt payment for duly performed works.

Due to non-fulfillment of the Debtor’s contractual monetary obligations, Interlegal had to file a claim on debt recovery to the Maritime Arbitration Commission at the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Interlegal lawyer Mikhail Selivanov and paralegal Igor Derus under general supervision of senior lawyer Karyna Gorovaya justified and proved lawfulness of the Client’s claims at arbitration. MAC at the UCCI supported the Client’s position, satisfied the claim in full and defended the Client’s rights and interests.
