First instance and appeal court decision on debt recovery for quay dues and power supply within the berthing period was enforced successfully.
For the purpose of debt recovery, Interlegal lawyers – claimant’s representatives applied to the State Executive Service.
Following the order on initiating enforcement proceedings, Interlegal experts cooperated tightly both with the state executor and the debtor in order to secure prompt debt recovery.

A crucial argument for the debtor’s problem – to pay or not to pay – was a threat to arrest funds on its bank accounts in the framework of court decision enforcement, whereon the creditor’s representatives insisted.
Interlegal facilitated the whole adjudicated sum remittance to the client as soon as possible and secured full and proper defense of its interests in the dispute on debt recovery.
