Interlegal supported a complex project on shipping financing

Interlegal completed successfully a large project on merchant shipping investments.
A non-standard set of services included:
– structuring “investor + potential fleet operator” relations scheme;
– shipowner company registration;
– support of sea-going vessel sale and purchase;
– drafting vessel Bareboat Charter and providing vessel lease by the operator;
– drafting the Third Party Guarantee Contract upon fulfillment of the operator’s obligations under the Bareboat Charter and the Guarantor’s fleet Mortgage Agreement.
Interlegal maritime and corporate lawyers under the general supervision of senior lawyer Andrey Perepelitsa led the project.
