Interlegal supported sale and purchase of a consignment of foreign agricultural machinery on the turn-key basis

The Client applied with a request regarding legal support of purchase transaction of the consignment of foreign agricultural machinery. Interlegal main task was legal support of the transaction on the turn-key basis with regards to the current Ukrainian law practice jointly with maximum defence of the Client’s interests.
Interlegal lawyers analyzed the scheme of the transaction, developed mechanisms of mitigating risks and agreed necessary terms of the sales contract with the counteragent. Upon conclusion of the contract, Interlegal consulted the Client and supported the transaction at all the stages of contract performance – from shipment at the foreign port and till actual delivery in Ukraine, including settlement of insurance issues, cooperation with forwarders, container lines and other participants of logistic chain.
Support of Interlegal resulted in the performance of the contract by the Parties accordingly to the designated plan within the prescribed terms, without any delays and disputes. The Client expressed gratitude to Interlegal for high professional level.
