International Law Offices would like to remind You about the annual campaign for the Clients of our Company. It consists in revision and confirmation of Your Company’s data kept in the Unified State Register of Enterprises and Organizations of Ukraine (USREOU). The cost of this service is notional and makes 200 UAH.
This service results in Your time saving and exclusion of any possible problems with State authorities in future. {BR}{BR} In accordance with the legislation of Ukraine the data on each enterprise kept in USREOU are to be confirmed every thirteen months by submitting the relevant registration card to the State Registrar.
If the enterprise has not made (or not confirmed) any changes within 13 months from the date of making the last record into USREOU, the data on such enterprise are to deemed “not confirmed” about which the relevant State authorities will be informed by e-mail.
As a result, this may become an obstacle for operative business solutions, for example, registration as VAT tax-payer (or removal from the register), acquisition of the certified copy of the registration documents in customs or tax office etc.
To enjoy that service You should (till October 15, 2009):
1. Send by fax (or as a scan by e-mail) the first page of the current Articles of Association of Your Company.
2. Execute the Power of Attorney, the text of which is attached below, in the company’s letterhead sealed and signed by the Director (please, fill in the blanks marked with yellow).
