The Client filed a request to Interlegal concerning law regulations of bunkering operations outside the 12-mile zone.
Interlegal law team made due diligence of national & international law provisions and drafted the Legal Opinion explaining legal status of appropriate waters, permissions and prohibitions, as well as powers of governmental bodies both within and outside the 12-mile zone.
Due to Interlegal expertize, the Client was notified on the risks correlated to such type of activity, possible model of governmental bodies’ behaviour as well as useful instruments for legal defense in case of unjustified claims made by governmental bodies.
