Experts of Interlegal developed the repair agreement regarding the motor mega-yacht over 40 meters long.
Repair works will be held at the large Turkish shipyard, having over 50 years of history and work experience, and will cost approximately 1 million US dollars.
We kindly remind that in similar yacht-repair agreements special should be agreed and notified, inter alia, the following essential terms: procedure of yacht transfer to repair and acceptance by the shipyard; clear list of repair works (scope/type/kind); repair cost; payment for repair and acceptance of certain works by the customer; participation of classification society and its remarks upon the repair; the shipyard’s guarantees against the customer.
