Bulker sale & purchase legal support by Interlegal

Interlegal ream is still operating in legal support of fleet sale & purchase transactions.

Now our lawyers participated in the final stage of deal, i.e. completion of drafting the documents required for transaction, their verification for compliance with all requirements, followed by representative of the buyer’s interests at the stage of closing the deal.

Our legal assistance resulted in purchase of bulker (30 thousand dwt) for the foreign shipowner.
