Agenda:
The agenda of the Meeting was devoted to the discussion of sea ports infrastructure development in Ukraine and perspectives of adoption of the Draft Law on Sea Ports in the framework of the Public-Private Partnership implementation.
As this
Meeting was aimed at establishing the dialogue between governmental authorities and sea logistics/shipping industry, among the invited for discussion were representatives of the Ministry of Infrastructure and leadership of the Association of Ports of Ukraine “UKRPORT” as well as Chamber Member Companies.

- Update on the Activities of the Working Group on the Draft Law on Sea Ports and Discussion on Access of Private Investors to Sea Ports Infrastructure Development by Mr. Volodymyr Kartak, Director of the Department of State Property, Ministry of Infrastructure
- Presentation on Development of Private Terminals in the Sea Ports by Ms. Alena Losevskaya, Partner, International Law Offices (Interlegal)
- Presentation on Perspectives of Sea Ports Industry Development by Mr. Volodymyr Sevryukov, General Director, Register of Shipping of Ukraine
Among invited participants of discussion were Mr. Gennadiy Kurbatov, Development Country Manager, Sovfracht UUT Group, Mr. Oleksandr Smirnov, General Director, Portinvest and Mr. Vasyl Zubkov, Vice-President, Association of Ports of Ukraine "UKRPORT."
