Interlegal lawyers succeeded in sale & purchase of dry cargo vessel (GRT 4966, flag of Moldova).

In the framework of project, Interlegal team provided comprehensive legal support of the deal at all stages, including drafting the Memorandum of Agreement, payment scheme development and issuing the documents necessary for successful closing the deal. Interlegal lawyers also drew up a draft escrow agreement and engaged escrow agent in the deal. With regards to restrictions on international transportations due to COVID-19 pandemic, there was online closing with direct participation of our lawyers
