The International Law Offices (Interlegal) has been contributing to the International Publication Getting the Deal through Shipping www.GettingTheDealThrough.com for the fifth year by means of creating the comprehensive review of sea transportation, navigation and law of Ukraine. In September 2012 the new edition of Getting the Deal through Shipping 2013 was published which represented the last data on shipping situation worldwide. Nearly 40 countries have placed their annual review in the edition. Review of marine field of Ukraine has been constantly represented by the Interlegal partners Mr. Artur Nitsevich and Mr. Nikolay Melnikov. The review has been updated each year due to all changes which occur in the field and in the law.

 

Getting the Deal Through. There are the series of annual reports, which provide international analysis in key areas of law and policy for corporate counsel, cross-border legal practitioners and clients.
