Interlegal acted as legal counsel of one of the leading international companies specializing in raw material purchase and export in the dispute under the handling contract with grain terminal.

 

The dispute concerned lawfulness of the terminal’s fine accrual due to changes in the schedule of vessel delivery for loading. Having analyzed the contract provisions and the applicable legislation, lawyers of Interlegal made up a legal opinion, provided detailed consulting and arguments in favor of the client’s position.
