In New Year eve Interlegal experts succeeded in the deal on making amendments to the mortgage agreement, having represented the large foreign Bank interests.
In 2013 the foreign Bank, Interlegal client, and the foreign company made a loan agreement.
As loan agreement security, the Bank obtained the asset complex of the Ukrainian company acting as property guarantor of the foreign borrower.
Parties to the loan agreement made a mutual decision on changing terms of the loan agreement which caused necessity in reviewing terms of the mortgage agreement and strengthening defense of the Bank interests as the mortgagee.
