Interlegal lawyers accompanied the Client in transportation services tender

Client of Interlegal initiated participation in transportation services tender announced and held strictly in compliance with the Law of Ukraine “On state purchases”.

A specific task has been set before Interlegal: to analyze potential risks, to evaluate prospects and to prepare documentations set for the Client’s participation in this tender.

Lawyers from Interlegal studied comprehensively provisions of tender documentation, detected potential risks, determined the ways of mitigation and prepared all the necessary documentation for the Client’s participation in the procedure stated above.

Given the complexity of tender documentation, the Client accepted all recommendations and used documents for participation in tender from Interlegal experts.
